Design Evolves for the collaborative office

‘Mr Pole says office design will inevitably change: from occupancy levels in meeting rooms, to a reduction in the number of single desks. And the co-working spaces that have been launched in big cities in recent years will survive the lockdown, he says. But they will need to move from the CBDs to the fringes of cities where people live and along transport corridors, so some people can use these centres instead of their homes if they don’t want to commute to headquarters.’
Five new traditional terrace houses and the restoration of a four storey terrace converted into four apartments
The erection of two new terraces, 10 meters wide 500 sqm internally each. Possibly, the first pair of terraces of that size and quality erected since Edwardian times. The design of the terraces was awarded to architechts, Chenchow Little, following their entry in an architectural design competition. The vision is each of these terraces will each be more valuable than the current Australian records for a terrace house.
